Merry mother fuckin' christmas

Dude, Santa's goin' gangsta lol! It's funny how your usual "saw" synths (0:42) or whatever work extremely well on this song, it works good with your usual songs, but with this one it gives it a real "mother fuckin' gangsta" feeling to it, probably the fact you mixed a calm piano piece with a violent synth, hip-hop beat, your the expert, you tell me. This is the sort of song, which I really like, but doesn't create any scenes in my head unless if I really dig deep, but it's more fun when a song naturaly creates a scene in my head without me digging (like your song "Dooby", remember that one...? =P).
I would'nt go on a 10/10 because, althought I really like this song, first I like to get critical =P, and second, it's not like one of those songs that make me wanna jump out to sky and scream, but don't worry, your Karousel usually do that to me.
That's all from me dude, keep Santa a gangsta!

An inspiring song

It definitively has an awesome trailer feeling to it, I bet you could fit scenes from "The Road" to this song perfectly for instince. Even though I never really liked all the zombie type stuff, I must admit this song is absolutly fantastic, and it doesn't only fit the zombie feeling, even though that's what it fits most of all, you could use this for most dark bloody thrillers. The guitars are kick ass in this song, even though it's sort of is your job to make the guitars that good =P. It's amazing how simple guitars and ambiant sounds alone make such an awesome, creepy rock song.
This for sure is one of those songs that help me create scenes so easily. With this one I can see scenes with this guy, wearing dark torn clothes, a desert eagle in his right hand, holding a sniper with his left hand, a machine gun behind him. Walking the dark, spacious, empty streets filled with dust and debris. He goes on the roof tops of the last remaining buildings to see the deserted, yet populated landscape. Close up of his lit up face when he lights his smoke. We can read on his face the difficult moments he has lived until now, and what he knows he has yet to overcome. At 2:18 he burns down an entire building by himself with the help of gasoline, burning the trapped infected ones inside, hate fills his face as much as joy when the fire reflects in his eyes and when he hears the screams coming from what is now a carcass made of ashes...
You can imagine the rest... Keep kicking ass Evil-Dawg, you we're born to do this.

Damn I love the scene you described haha so badass, thanks for the very good comment dude, keep kicking ass yourself, you got very good music
cheers

Professional work you got here

This mix between glitch and electronic you make reminds me both of Boards of Canada and Doki. What's so cool with this song is the calm background melody with some glitchy static parts in front which make a great contrast. Your work sounds really professional, I like the dreamy atmosphere you gave this song, sounds so much like Boards of Canada. Your mastering is perfect, great rhythm, perfect melodies, you made this song perfect.

'80s cop show

I can see this as an intro to a cheesy '80s cop show, with a cheesy stupid looking cop (the kind of guy that looked really cool back then). And I agree with a few people down there about this sounding very '80s, and I also agree about the fact that the first part of the song isn't too great, but could be considered ok.
Even though this sounds '80ish, it's very catchy, and I've got to say you mastered this very well.

A song full of ambiance

I see this track extremely well in a DVD menu, containing small parts of action scenes, like gangsters walking in a dark alley, then a flash, someone loading a gun, flash, a car hitting another and flying among debris, flash with many other scenes like those during a minute.
I don't know about you, but this sounds to me like a dark song Moby would do, mixing synths with a light, simple piano, the piano sounds very Mobyish. This song is extremely well mastered, sounds very professional to me.

The Delinquent v.s. the Freak

OK, let's try to be constructive here,
overall it's not bad really, but there's some goods and bads...
for instince, the beat sounds alot like in your other songs and it's really good, I love it, the strings are also really well mastered. Same for the rythm it's good, I like it.
As for the bad side, mostly consists of the voice sample, it's ok, but not that great, and then it gets really repetitive, I know you like things repeated, and depending on whats repeated it could be good, as well as not good. In this case I didn't really enjoy it... And maybe another detail that makes me prefer Warspawns entry, is that yours sounds alot like all your other beats, whereas in Warspawn's song, the feeling it gives during the guitar and voice sample part, is VERY unique, thats what makes it cool.
So, I'm going to say that I prefer Warspawn's, even though your's overall is not bad.
None the less, keep making your music, I love it,

You're a man with a style...

I'm really amazed by one thing: ever since I've starting listening to your music, meaning more than 2 years ago, you have NEVER changed your style of music. I'm not saying "dude, change your music", no no, what I'm saying is that I'm amazed on how faithful you are to your music, and you're creating a very distinctive style, meaning we can fall on a random song like that and say "yep, that's Greeksta". To me that's really cool, because when you look at someone like Zajed, you might know it's him, but when you compare the music he started with, and his music today, sure he progressed, but there's nothing similiar. I ain't saying that's bad, but he just totaly changed, unlike you.
In this song, the horns, the slightly techno-ish synth, and the beat, are awesome like in any of your songs, all your instruments feel experienced, mastered, and all that needs to be done to kick as*. The song is great overall, enough said. I guess I'm done here,

This song is f**king great

It's funny, because you really have a pattern of your own; a song composed of two different parts that show up one by one in an indentical way. I agree with the only person behind me, it sounds a bit spooky, but with an injection of Hip/Hop, which gives it a dark epic feeling, thats how I would describe it best. I would tend to agree again for the film remark, but like all of your other songs that I've liked all the way till now, I picture your songs better IN the film in the middle of the action. This review is more based on the feeling this song gives rather than how its made because basicly all your songs are allways built in a similar manner, but what the hell, that's called a review aswell, so I'm done here.

haha Nice :D yeah it's a Bit spooky eh!? Nice. Well I appreciate the Review :D tyvvvm

Makes me think of Warcraft

this acctualy makes me think of some sort of medieval game, either Warcraft or Runescape... dunno... Overall the instruments are nice and well mastered, lot of emotion in them, so good job on that.
But sounds to me like this song never really "takes off" if you know what I mean. It would probably be much better if you added hip-hop influences like on Zajed's classical songs, something to really boost it up, something to give it a powerful impact, something to help it "take off". What I would personally recommend is some nice powerful beats, and then give the main melody some more rythm, something to give it a real intense feeling.
But then again, afterwards it might sound alot like Zajed's classical selection, and you, and even we, might feel like nothing really changed, that it would be just another hip-hop influenced classical song... that would be too bad.
So you might be better off by ignoring this review... yeah you would...

Those strings turned thats rock upside down

Dude, I know how a simple instrument can change everything, but here, those strings of yours, turned your cool rock song into some f*cking epic ape sh*t, and from me you can consider that a GOOD compliment! I also like how you sort of drowned most of the other instruments and made the strings so majestic, for instince we basicly can't hear the guitar anymore, all that's left is the drums and strings and that's cool!
This is one of those songs that creates an entire scene in your head (like for your newest techno song), this definitivly makes me think of Zajed's music.
Keep on going,

your first and only fan,
